~The fun times of summer~

It has been FOREVER since I have blogged.
This summer was so busy and I can not believe it is gone....

There have been so many things I am unsure where to begin,

School started on Thursday, It doesn't seem possible that we have a sophomore and a freshman in high school...WHAT....

Meet Sophie-AKA. Lilly, Isabelle, Bella, Mia and Maggie.  She had few names before settling on Sophie or as Jackson affectionalty refers to her as boofie.

 One night  kids we had been at my parents house and I stayed for  a little longer.  As Matt pulled into the garage he had told Jackson they would go outside and look at the moon.  As they were standing in the doorway of the garage he heard..MEOW....(feed me)  MEOW... (LOVE ME).  Matt looked around and a little black kitten was in the garage, STARVING, we wondered if she hitchhiked from wellsville but never found a owner.
Long story short, Matt feed her some chicken and milk.  She has loved him since. 
She is a good little kitty, as you can see, Jackson loves her.. He packs her all around, sometimes upside down with her tail happily swishing across his face.  She just purr's, she loves him to.
As for the name, she should have been named wander woman, or Hitchhiker... Hitch for short, She climbs into the cars, somewhere, some how she finds her way in as we are leaving.
A few weeks ago she went to church, Jackson was so excited to see her laying under the Denali.  He kept telling me there is Boofie.

Me- NO she is home in the garage sweetie, lets go see her.

J man- There boofie mama.

Finally I look down, sure enough under the car is the cat.
Matt had a similar expierence, She decided to go to work with him, he came out from getting gas to have her laying by the gas pump.
Again Wed, she came to Kades game, I had pulled away and my Dad saw her (thank goodness)  So he got out of his truck.  When we pulled up next to each other, my Mom held up the cat... I don't know what we are going to do with her...



Kaden was on a city and a All-Star baseball team this year.  It kept us plenty busy with just running to and from practice and games.

We had some fun camping trips with both of our families, we didn't get out nearly enough.  I will have to get some of the pictures we have of the boys on Grandpa Pearce's horses.  Thank goodness Matt had put them on a CD for his mom, our whole sd card with the pictures on it got corrupted...We lost a lost of fun memories.

We went to the Lagoon with my family, It was a hoot. 

Kade is now on the Freshman football team,  His coach wants them to every practice from Aug 1 on, If they are not there they get bumped down the roster or possible not play the game, so our traveling adventure came to a halt. 

They played their first game on Wed.  Mustangs 49- Bees-19..Kade played Awesome.

First day of Freshman year.....Wow, where has the time gone???
